By using ProximityPulse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

About ProximityPulse

ProximityPulse is a peer-to-peer messaging app that enables communication between nearby devices using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct. The App does not use servers, cloud storage, or the internet. All messages are exchanged directly between devices and are ephemeral by default.

User Conduct

When using ProximityPulse, you agree not to:

• Send harassing, threatening, or abusive messages
• Share hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content
• Send sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Share content that exploits or endangers minors
• Send illegal content or use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent content filters or safety features
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity with harmful intent

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users who violate these terms may be permanently blocked from the platform. We will act on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Safety Features

ProximityPulse provides the following safety tools:

• Block: You can block any user at any time. Blocking removes the entire conversation and prevents further contact.
• Report: You can report abusive users or objectionable messages. Reports are sent directly to the developer for review.
• Delete: You can delete any message from your conversation at any time.
• Content filter: The App includes an on-device filter that blocks objectionable text content.

Reporting Abusive Content

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please use the in-app report function (long-press a message or swipe a user) or contact us directly. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours, which may include removing the reported content and blocking the offending user.

Age Requirement

ProximityPulse is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Disclaimer

ProximityPulse is provided "as is" without warranties. Because messages are exchanged directly between devices without servers, we cannot monitor, moderate, or store message content in real time. You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for your communications.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
